A Fayette County native, Brenda grew up on a dairy farm near La Grange. She and her husband have a home on the family land and have two grown children. Brenda earned an Associate Degree in Business/Accounting. Over the past 26 years, she has acquired office management experience which included performing accounting duties and preparing financial statements, auditing, maintaining compliance and adhering with regulatory laws, filing reports with state & federal agencies, preparing budgets, and managing accounts and staff. Prior to joining the AlgEternal team in May of 2017, she was in banking for 17 years and was an assistant vice president and new accounts supervisor.
Brenda is very active in the community in numerous organizations and has served in several officer capacities and committees over the years. Currently, she is the President of the Noon Lions Club, Vice-Regent of the Hostyn CDA, and Treasurer of the Hostyn KJT Society. She volunteers with the Knights of Columbus and with the community efforts after Hurricane Harvey hit our small community. A 2015 graduate of Leadership Fayette County, Brenda is a past Secretary-Treasurer of the South-Central Texas Bankers Association and past Treasurer of the La Grange All Sports Booster Club. In her spare time, Brenda’s hobbies are crocheting, dancing, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
